Locks out water, resists moisture, and mildew, making it ideal for areas exposed to humidity. Offers good adhesion to hard and soft wood, seasoned timber, varnished or painted wood, fabricated wood, aluminium, concrete, glass, and ceramic tiles. Due to its high polymer content, it cannot be sanded for sanding applications. Not suitable where movement accommodation of more than 10% is required.
