Do you have any branches outside Namibia?

We have multiple stores in Namibia.  Click and collect is only available at Megabuild Lifestyle Windhoek.

Do you do deliveries for online purchases?

Where do I collect my purchase at the designated branch?

Our friendly staff at the Click and Collect kiosk, which is situated at the right hand corner of the open parking area at the main entrance. Please remember that we require proof of identification and the online purchase reference number of your order when you collect your goods.

How will I know that my goods are ready for collection?

You will receive notifications via email and will receive a personal call/message when your goods are ready for collection.

How long will it take to get my package ready for collection?

Your goods should be ready for collection within 24 hours of placing the order. Goods order before 12h00 will be ready by 17h00, orders placed after 12h00 will be ready for collection the next working day. If we need to move stock between the branches to fill your order, your collection time will be affected.

Can I still purchase goods if I don’t have a credit card?

No, only debit and credit cards will be accepted for purchases.

How do I return products?

Products can be returned only to Megabuild Lifestyle at the Goods Return desk. See our Returns & Refund Policy page.
