A water-based, penetrating sealer and primer. It stabilizes and reinforces porous, friable, and powdery substrates, preparing them for subsequent coatings in both interior and exterior environments. Consolidates weakened surfaces such as new or weathered plaster, limewash, and chalky old paint. Non-toxic once dried, clean tools with water. Effective on cementitious materials, plaster, fibre cement, render, and fillers.
